Clueless when it comes to managing pitching. Looks like some daddy coaching 9 years old at the first practice.

There are a 1000 softball coaches in Alabama alone between high school, b team/jv, and travel ball who could coach the talent Alabama has and stumble into at least one 1 title. The only reason they won it that year he had to make very few coaching decisions or he would have screwed that one up.

How many of those coaches could've recruited that talent to UA? Coaching isn't the piece part of the puzzle, Murphy is a great recruiter.

Without a doubt, his arse should be fired if Bama doesn't win it all. He is no doubt the most over rated coach in the country. I earned some time out from the Bama board because my opinion of him.
