I shite you not when I say a buddy’s coworker was using a fake vax card the last few weeks to get around Memphis and he died of COVID today. Make sure your karma is in order.

If it is considered a CDC document they’re probably in good shape charging you with forging a government document. Maybe you beat it in court but that’s a risk you probably don’t want to take.

It’s only “arrestable” if it has the CDC seal on it. But it’s not a very good fake if it doesn’t.

Of particular interest is this part:

If you did not receive the vaccine, do not buy fake vaccine cards, do not make your own vaccine cards, and do not fill-in blank vaccination record cards with false information. By misrepresenting yourself as vaccinated when entering schools, mass transit, workplaces, gyms, or places of worship, you put yourself and others around you at risk of contracting COVID-19. Additionally, the unauthorized use of an official government agency's seal (such as HHS or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)) is a crime, and may be punishable under Title 18 United States Code, Section 1017, and other applicable laws.
Nothing illegal about misrepresenting yourself as vaccinated.
Just don’t use a government seal to do it. I hope this helps.

I’m fully vaccinated, sir.
As far as I can tell, there’s not a law on the books anywhere - including commie New York or New Jersey that prevent me from showing a fake negative PCR test, or even having possession of someone else’s Covid Vax card.
Feel free to prove me wrong.

Not only are they arresting people, if you look at the fine print, that card is the property of the CDC, making selling it a Federal offense. Some dumbass pharmacist in Chicago was selling them for $10 each. He’s now in Federal custody awaiting trial.
