At first, it was a Second Letter. Then, he modified that and said it would be an amendment to the First Letter. Now he's back to a Second Letter.
But he was saying Second Letter before draft night. So maybe he means there's gonna be a Third Letter?
Also, the stuff that he promised would be in the Second Letter...it actually happened before the stuff in the First Letter.
You really have to be paying attention.

Man it's so easy to defend something that hasn't come to fruition yet, because you can't be proven wrong. But just like with the Tunsil suspension, somehow it ended up much worse than the defenders said it would be. But until it was released, they couldn't be proven wrong.
Keep proclaiming innocence as long as you can, one day.....like the Tunsil suspension, you might be proven wrong. Then you can back up again and try and make up a newer narrative.
