LSU was ranked the 8th most talented roster. That wasn’t good enough for LSU to avoid losing their opener, again, suffering a three game mid-season losing streak, and finishing the season unranked. That is some Auburn level shite.

Except…it wasn’t. Because one has 2 meaningful wins and 2 trophies to show for it while the other has zero meaningful trophies despite coaching for 5x the amount of seasons. No one has ever accused you of being knowledgeable, that’s for sure.

Near misses at the end of seasons? Still a great program, Covid and lack of continuity in 20-21 capsized those seasons

I personally don't give a shite about PAC12 championship trophies, but if that makes you feel better about your coach, then good for you.

That is the only one in the last five. I can’t imagine going 1-4 and then bragging about the one win.
In their last 14 games against Alabama, LSU has two wins, a 5 point victory and a 1 point victory. Meanwhile, they have suffered defeats by margins of 38, 29 twice, 21 twice, and 14 three times. Eight of Alabama’s twelve wins have been by two touchdowns more.
