I know a team with a quarterback that's ready to be a star, if not a Heisman winner and a No. 1 overall draft pick, tutored by a coach who almost always gets the best out of his signal-caller. Tyler Wilson has a shot to be the postseason first-team All-SEC quarterback.

I know a team with an elite running back who will take pressure off his quarterback and put plenty of it on opposing defenses. Gene Chizik may sleep well at night except when he thinks about trying to stop Knile Davis.

I know a team with a large senior class full of hungry, willing and able contributors that just may be about to make a move from good to great.

I think he has a chance to be a pretty good QB, but this kind or crap makes me nervous.

Jesus Christ. He hasn't even started a college game yet. Maybe we should hold off before hes anointed 1st team all-sec, Heisman winning, #1 draft pick, star QB Tyler Wilson.

It's Scarbinsky. He lives to get a rise out of Alabama and Auburn fans.

Yeah, the #1 draft pick thing was too much, but I do think he has a good shot at first team all-SEC.

The Arkansas 2011 8-4 season will be extremely entertaining to read about on the SEC Rant.

agreed. Arkansas will be a team I enjoy watching due to their exciting offense while wishing for them to lose(in best interest of LSU).

Why is 8-4 out of the question? Alabama was defending national champs, and opened 2010 as #1. Yet, youth at certain positions and a tough road schedule sent Alabama to a 9-3 regular season.

Yeah, I'm not sure why that poster would act like this is would be unrealistic. 8-4 is a good season for a program like Arkansas.

LSU is more likely to end the season with 4 losses, not Arkansas.
