(Look at Mullen) Looked like a great hire at a place that indicated he was ready.....but he obviously was not. While Napier is not a slam dunk, he would have definitely been my choice for my school.

Going out on a limb, but I think Florida did well with their choice. He will save a little money and has huge upside to boot. He will/should bring a new energy and excitement to Florida.


I think Napier could be either an Urban or Fuentes. There's simply no guarantees. Even proven guys are a risk when they jump programs because there are so many moving parts when it comes to success from staff to boosters to administrative and university support to generational type players. Napier at least knows how to be successful. That's a good foundation.
