No one cares Bout the AP, but if bama did win it would be the hollowest bcs title ever. I never enjoyed lsu's 2007 as much as 2003. Bama fans, if they have any pride or dignity, should feel the same way about geting a trophy it didnt deserve.

Didn't deserve? We didn't magically put ourself in the game... The system put us in the NCG, why should we feel the title is hollow? You lost to Kentucky and an unranked Arkansas team in 2007 hell I might feel hollow after those loses also.

Alabama being crowned "the best" or "champion" if they win on Monday night makes as much sense as Robin Hood being crowned the winner of the archery contest after splitting the sheriff's arrow. They hit the same fricking spot, Robin Hood just shot his arrow second.

Y'all never won a NC in a year that y'all lost a game? There were no teams with a better record or resume than LSU in 03. Even if y'all beat LSU Monday (you won't) we still have the better record and resume.

I couldn't get on during the meltdown last night. I figured the site crashed. If bama wins there might be irreparable damage to the site.

I'm worried how depressed ill be if we lose to Alabama. I could handle losing to OSU... Anyone but Alabama and nick Saban.

A Bama win will confirm what we already knew. That Nov5 was just a fluke. Anything can happen on a given Saturday but not twice. If we lose, LSU will deserve it and we'll have to accept it. Loosing twice confirms you really weren't good enough. We can handle that. But, if we win we take the trophy home and LSU cries about it for weeks. That will really suck for LSU but it won't be hollow. It'll be #14 and look nice in our trophy case. You can tell your grand kids how we didn't deserve it and we'll say we won the game that counts. Not the warm up.

WAFB- Ch. 9- BREAKING NEWS! New Orleans (AP)- In the lead up to the BCS national championship game on January 9, University of Alabama football practice was suspended for two (2) hours today when a player discovered a white substance on the field. Alabama coach Nick Saban called law enforcement to investigate the matter. After a scientific analysis, experts determined that the unknown substance was the goal line. Practice resumed after law enforcement agents determined the team was unlikely to come in contact with it again.
