Its hard for me to label Dontae Walker as a bust but he definetly declined from a Freshman to a Senior. He couldnt keep his weight under control.

Ryan Perrilloux - We are still recovering at the QB position because of his dumb arse
Xavier Carter - 5* WR with world class speed. Didn't do shite in football except take a knee at the one yard line against Georgia - left the team to join the track team
Russell Shepard - Not really his fault though - coaching staff has forgotten he's on the roster.

He was a 5-star on Scout.com. Kinda surprising. Didn't strike me as an overly impressive athlete but he wasn't horrible. Brandon Miller was a bigger 5-star bust.

I'm going to nominate Andre Dubose. Outside of some good kick returns and a fluky touchdown against Bama, he has been hot garbage. I'm sure UF fans may feel that his inability to grasp the playbook was the problem and he is poised for a big year, but at the end of the day, looking at his hype and what he did in HS and that it absolutely didn't translate in any way to the college game was a huge disappointment.
