I was pumped when AU signed CJ Uzomah but after seeing him on the field a few times this past season I doubt he ever starts.

pending the rest of his career i submit Deangelo Benton.

Mostly because he committed to play for LSU 3 years in a row before that final switch to auburn. There was so much gnashing of teeth when he signed and he hasn't done a whole lot of anything.

He accumulated a total of 14 stars I believe. 5* prep school 2 years, and 4* high schooler 1 year.

LSU shyed away from Dez Bryant because of grade risks the first year they took his commitment. Good call that was.

Eh. Won a Cotton Bowl MVP, and had decent, if not spectacular numbers -- something like 3,000 yards, despite a ton of nagging injuries.

There's a lot bigger busts than that, everywhere.

Can't believe no UGA fan has said Marquis "Mudcat" Elmore.
For LSU, JV and XC

Crowell a bust? C'mon. You're reaching.

He's a lot of things but he's not a bust. 850 yards for a freshman who didn't play a handful of games is pretty good. If he learns how to pick up blitzes and toughen up, he can be one of the best.

Bad QB play nullifies any talent at WR. When Lee was throwing, Randle looked like one of the best WRs in the country and RS was getting back into the flow after sitting out the first 3 games. Insert JJ and you get nothing from the QB position for the next 5 games after Bama. Jefferson was the problem, not the other skill position players. The SEC will see in 2012 when Met is QB and slinging it.

I would say Dyer. Even though he did give us two good years. How is he a bust?

Cause he folds up like a lawn chair when face with contact.

Only old timer's would remember them, but the 3 Boles kids back in 1997

if we're going old school and in groups, then i submit:
LSU 1992 Fab 5 RBs
David Butler
Robert Davis
Jay Johnson
Artie Moore
Robert Toomer

Davis broke AL HS career rushing record. i think at least 3 of those guys were their state's Mr. Football/MVP
