Big Ten has done prior "homework" on Oklahoma, Kansas and Vanderbilt among other schools who might some day be expansion targets.

We need to grab Oklahoma when they're on the table. They can have Kansas

Kansas and OU make sense to some extent (although neither is a big media market both are national brands that add value in some way)

If they really want Vandy and Vandy wants to go then good luck to them.

I've always thought Kentucky belonged in the Big Ten as opposed to the SEC, but that was before Missouri joined

Listening to Delany, it's obvious #B1G conference expansion -- and therefore CFB conference expansion -- is finished.

Matt Hayes of the Sporting News tweeted that out just a few minutes ago.

Kentucky saves the SEC in basketball.

They're usually great and the SEC will spit out one or two other good teams to make up for the pure feces that most teams put out.

Vandy would be a good fit for them, but I do not see them leaving the SEC. We will not expand westward, so Chocklahoma is not in the mix...

Can we get the Big whatever to reconsider Missouri?

Expansion is far from finished. The SEC and Big Ten are about to get their TV deals readjusted for 14 teams. The Pac 12 is going to want to make a move at some point. That may be next year, that may be 5 years from now. When the Pac 12 decides to move, then it all starts over again like 2010

I mean, I don't want them to go to the Big Ten. But the campus, athletic department, ect. just feel like a Big Ten school

Vandy is a charter member of the SEC. They aren't going anywhere.

Isn't the president of Ohio St or the BIG the former president of Vandy? He was the one who shut down Vandy's athletic dept as a whole & brought it in under various university departments. They are the only SEC school without an AD. Cann't see them leaving.

I live in Pac 12 country.

They already made a move for the Oklahoma and Texas schools and that didn't pan out.

Who else can they take?

They don't want Boise. Probably ditto for Hawaii (thought that would be awesome for road trips). UNLV? New Mexico? Nevada? BYU? Wyoming?

There's a reason the Pac Ten tried to get the Texas schools. The pickings are slim west of the Rockies. All the best schools (academic and athletic -- total package) are already in the Pac 12.

Unless the Pac 12 gets Texas or Oklahoma, I don't think anyone is too worried about the Pac 12 really shaking up the conference landscape too much. The Big XII is already effed up anyway.
