the actual word has much less to do with it than the acutal meaning. I have never really used the word to describe anything other than a type of music, so I dont really know what you were trying get at.

Trooper Taylor was banned from recruited during a recruiting dead-period when he wouldn't have been able to recruit off campus anyway. IE) There really was no "penalty."
This "secondary violation" stuff is hilarious. They'd do it again even if it netted them the exact same violations.

Why does Saban keep doing it? Because the NCAA isn't going to do squat.
Every team commits "secondary violations". Auburn's overblown violation from BCW proved to be essentially nothing.
