If you think State will be favored in Manhattan, you know absolutely nothing regarding point spreads. New coach on the road in Week 2 and Kansas State isn't necessarily an easy venue to play in. KSU is coming off an 8-5 year. I really hope you think this game will be a cakewalk. Fun fact: Bill Snyder has won 74 games since 2009. Dan Mullen, the best coach in program history throughout your best run in school history, won 69.

Man, these facts.. Where are they coming from? Where are I finding them?

You're just trolling at this point, or else you're really, really, really stupid. Kansas State likely won't be favored in this game, but if they were, it for sure wouldn't be a touchdown as you said initially.

Is no one going to ask Mr Vegas how a gambling line defines which program is better?

OM has/will have about 20 wins since 2009. So it looks like State's program is more than three times better than OM's program over the past 9 years.

I'm speaking on the comparison of Mississippi State to VT or Kansas State, which is just absolutely asinine. Again -- Duke, Wake Forest, Iowa State, Northwestern - like it or not, these are programs that MSU can compare to on a yearly basis and should do what they can to eventually inch out of the fraternity of runts. You can't argue with facts, man.

You just can't.

You're just hard of thinking. This is like saying the Seattle Seahawks are a shite franchise because they sucked historically.

Historically, Ole Miss back when no blacks played. Currently and potentially State.

Truth.

He left out where Ole Miss been to 2 New Years 6 bowls vs MSU one..

That's true. It's ALSO true that MSU has been to eight (8) straight bowls in the last 8 years and OM has been to four(4) during that same 8 years.

Are throwing out bowl game stats? If so State can't frick with our bowl record.

OM 24/13
MSU 13/8

OM has more bowls, more bowl wins, arguably much better bowl quality.

I get why this is fun. But we all know in our heart of hearts that if there is any separation between the 2 programs right now and for the foreseeable future it is very narrow. They're both lower tier SEC schools; mid-tier nationally. They milk what they can from 3 stars (OM's recent recruiting fluke aside) and have a really good year every now and then. They will never win a natty, probably never an SEC crown. If they were cars, State would be a Ford Taurus and OM would be a Mercury Sable.

This is true, and it's a narrow margin in MSU's favor at the present.
