2007 LSU could barely handle 2007 Auburn.

And y'all couldn't handle Kentucky and Arkansas. But you think you would hang with an undefeated SEC champ? Doubt it.

Since YOU brought up this time frame, I'll bite.
LSU has had 17 consecutive winning seasons and 17 consecutive bowl games in this OP-specified period. They are the only SEC team in the top 5 in the nation in wins in this period.

As I've stated multiple times, LSU's accomplishments are inflated because they had the benefit of beating up on some of the worst football programs and coaches in the history of the SEC.
All while beating UF and AU at the same time.

I could be wrong but, I don't think holtz ever beat LSU while at SC.

Fulmer lost to LSU's second string QB in the second biggest game of his whole coaching career.

Why should the game winning TD be called back? It really wasn't a hail mary. LSU was in FG range.

There was plenty of time left on the clock when LSU's "O" lined up on the LOS. The reason time ran down so much is because the QB took his time setting the formation and getting the ball snapped.

Being LSU had to KICKOFF after the TD play meant there was still time left on the clock.

Halfway through the '07 season UK was a top 10 team. Arky ended the regular season ranked in top 25.

The reason there was a chop block penalty called was because it wasn't a one on one, ramsey VS Dorsey.

I hate fighting circular logic, but the 2004 Auburn team was significantly better than the 2007 Auburn team. It isn't close.

The 2007 Auburn team came with within an eyelash of beating the 2007 LSU in BR. It isn't impossible to believe the 2004 Auburn team would beat the 2007 LSU team in Auburn. Especially since the 2007 LSU team was mediocre in many respects. Auburn didn't have a obvious weakness in 2004.

Better Football program Florida, Auburn, or LSU? by Porter Osborne Jr

Is this a serious question? UF if so.

I am not so sure your opinion is correct. Florida does play in the weaker conference, this alone means they do not have to play ALABAMA every year.

I would be interested in the head to head matchup with LSU and Florida. Without checking I think LSU leads the series since 2000

Actually too close to call and all three teams are the top 3 in the SEC behind Alabama

UF is out just because the last 2 East Championships are directly related to crap teams on that side.

It's ridiculous how this thread is fricking 11 pages long considering how easy this question is.
