USC-e might even be able to jump Auburn. They support their team no matter what (from my experience). Auburn can't even sell-out their home games.
This is your basis on last season, coming off the worst season in decades. People loved Tuberville, people were skeptical about the Chiz, people weren't very happy with Auburn football last summer.

Hell yeah! Who else has over 90,000+ show up for an irrelevant spring practice game.

Best SEC fanbase.....
according to support, loyalty, and passion. I'd go with....
1. Florida
2. Tenn/Bama/Auburn
5. USCe
6. LSU
7. UGA
8. ARKY
9. State
10. OM
Whoaa!!!!!! Arkansas #8 ??????? You will not find a more loyal, passionate fanbase out there! We are borderline basketcase from so much passion!
Remember us running Coach Nutt across the river to Mississippi?? How many fan bases fly planes with banners to talk smack about the coach AT GAMES or pull FOI request to uncover an affair of a certain coach?? We are crazy passionate AND loyal MAne! And also, for a small population state the fact that we fill our 76,000 seat FB stadium is impressive ...Us and /or LSU lead the nation in baseball attendance annually averaging 8,000 fans. We are constantly ( for last 17 years) top 15 in BB attendance every year...even lately with our terrible BB coach. We even sell out track events! Oh yea...don't get me started on our great boosters!

I totally agree with your assesment, and I'll add LSU is superb as well. Despite the loss, I had a damn good time there last year. Stadium isn't as "nice" as others but honestly the amosphere in BR is second to none.
Also it could be that we stayed with some LSU people, but we didn't encounter any A-holes really.

im biased, but id put LSU over south carolina and auburn for sure since ive seen both of them have half empty upper decks for sec games before. we may leave early, but at least we were there at all.
We also sold out every game during our 0-21 stretch. We just had a bad home schedule this year filled with teams that didn't travel well. SC State, OM, UK, and Vandy. When we had the better traveling teams / big games they were sold out (CU and UF) And how can you say LSU fans are more loyal when they call for a coaches head after every loss and leave games early even when they're still close (ie arky last year)

Are we talking about football? Or all sports?
If football, I agree with your ranking. If we are talking about all sports, we are easily top 3 in the conference.

I strongly disagree about UF. fans in Florida supported Miami in the 80's. then they jumped ship to FSU in the 90's. now UF is the king and Miami and FSU barely fills half of their stadium.
easy to jump ship in the sunshine state.
Bama, Auburn, and Tenn have strong support no matter what. LSU and UGA have passionate fanbase as well.

Sucks that the Florida (the state of Florida) fans jump around like that. It doesn't happen in Alabama between the two schools. Fierce loyalty is the name of the game here.

Probably the OM game and yeah those were the empty stretches of the upper decks that the bigger away sections fill out.
and based on what? the 1 time you've seen us go to LSU? We fill out our sections to CU, UT, and UGAs of the world and dominated stadiums in both the Liberty and PJ.Com bowl. And yes those are small time bowls making the amount of Gamecocks that went all the more impressive. We also more than sold out our allotment of the 2 Outback Bowls vs OSU.

Florida's stadium though is a part of the reason why its so loud,
Very true. I have been to pretty much all the large venues multiple times and the Swamp is the loudest. It is not the loudest sustained (that is AU), but the loudest peak noise. It is all about the way the stadium is built though. The stands are closer to the field than any other large venue (TS, JH, BD, Samford, Neyland) and the stands rise more vertically than outward (for example TS and JH which actually have a much larger footprint).
