Aubbies want to be told that they have the best OL, QB, RB, OC, and Coach in the game. If you disagree you are an "offensive idiot". Jesus christ I can't wait for us to ruin their season in a few weeks.

dude its a message board quit being so pissed off. Your team is undefeated. Enjoy it rather than thinking you have to try to defend your team's honor by bickering on a message board. It's kind of lame bro.
Dude, don't run around thinking your stupid posts have the power to get anyone pissed off simply because they generate a response. LOL at the moron that says "it's true, like it or not" and "you Aubs are some defensive fricks" telling me, or anybody to not get so pissed off.

I'm at the typical troll that set out to get a response so he can call anyone that does "pissed off" and tell them to "settle down". That's internet troll 101 behavior.
Nice meltdown dumbass lol

i agree with 3 of those 5. id take bamas RB's over ours as a whole, but thats about it. I wouldnt take anyone over cam, our OL, and malzahn. as for chizik, the only coach i would take over him would be saban. and he is closing that hole pretty quick

I'm interested to see what Chiz does with the defense. I think the jury is still out based on this. He's done a good job so far but Newton certainly doesn't hurt that.

Actually, alabama's running backs wouldn't be as good of a fit for our offense as the guys we have.
We need a one-two punch with a short, stocky guy like Dyer and a speedster like McCalleb.
It's a perfect fit for our system.

1) Richardson
2) Dyer, Lattimore, Ingram

All this thread proves is that it's impossible for some fans to be objective. In this case, it's Auburn fans who are butthurt Lattimore did not pick them. None of y'all can concede the point about Dyer getting good numbers because defenses have to key on Cam Newton.
I'll stay out of the debate just not to be a homer. But, I will make two points about Lattimore' yards per carry.
First, Lattimore has everything you want in a back except top end speed. That lack of top end speed means he won't break one for 80 yards every other game like Felix Jones did. He gets a lot of 15-20 yard runs, but very few beyond that. High YPC is generally the result of breaking long runs.
Second, Lattimore is primarily an inside power runner. In the red zone, we run that inside read over and over again. The defense knows it is coming. Lattimore almost always gets in the end zone (11 TD's this year), but it takes multiple carries to pound it in. He is also one of those back who is used to wear down a defense -- like Ingram but without the speed. He gets stronger and they get weaker as the game goes on.
Lastly, regarding Lattimore at the USC/Auburn game, Auburn's D-line did a good job stopping Lattimore no doubt. But they also could not stop the passing game. Spurrier goes with what works. He's perfectly happy to throw all game when it's the way to win. It's tough to win a shootout when you turn the ball over 4 times in the 4th quarter and your defense can't stop the other team.
