Best players from your state to go to an out of state SEC school

trying to think of guys who have made an impact at their school. Landon Collins ( 
) obviously will but hasn't really yet.
That said, Brandon Bolden was always one that I thought could have contributed at LSU. And in basketball, I was always miffed we didn't sign Shan Foster and let him get away to Vandy.
