A&M has a branch campus in Qatar. Primarily for petroleum engineering and other petroleum related fields.

Just a tad.
I spent a couple of months over there conducting research.
At one point I passed a Qatari school, where I saw automobiles I’d never seen before (think space-age car show stuff).
I said to my driver (a gentleman from India): “Wow! The teachers here sure make great money! Look at their cars!”
The driver replied: “Teachers in Doha don’t drive to campus; those vehicles belong to the students.”
