Sorry, but you couldn't be more wrong. Both LSU and Arkansas just completed multi-million dollar softball facilities, and Arkansas' football stadium is more modern than both of ours.
You really don't have any-one facility that really distinguishes it from the others in terms of age and how nice it is.

Nobody outside of the Alabama fanbase actually believes Bryant-Denny is an exemplar of anything.
I live around nothing but USC/UCLA homers and the national opinion of Alabama isn't anything like you think is, but delusion is a powerful thing

Here in Texas nobody gives a shite about Bama either. People here have more respect for LSU than they do for Bama.

I'm around non-SEC fans all day. In any objective poll, divorced of homers, I think Alabama would finished *at best* fourth as far as stadium respect goes. I've had numerous USC homers tell me "man, LSU, I've always wanted to see a game there." A few Pac-10 guys have mentioned wanting to see a game at Florida or Tennessee.
A grand total of zero have ever said jack shite about wanting to see a game at Bryant-Denny. Nobody gives a shite about that stadium nationally.

Bama fans are the most delusional of all.
As far as facilities, they are middle of the pack.
The over glorification of themselves and inflated image they believe others have of their school is mind boggling.
I enjoy some of the Bama posters here like Alahunter and a few others but if this board is an accurate sampling of Bama opinions then they REALLY REALLY need to get out more often.

SEC has nice facilities and each person likes something different about each one. They are all opinions and not everyone is going to agree.

I have been to bama and fla.. (everytime we have won..) Both are great places to watch a game and the fans are into it at both places..At bama you are further from the field, at fla it is like Tiger Stadium fans close to the field..
bama has a nice mix of the old with the new..
best flyover ever was at bama in 05..
I like the gothic feel of TS plus it seems like LSU's campus is more insulated than others I have seen..

I haven't been to all of the SEC stadiums, but on looks (i.e. style, materials, design) Bryant-Denny wins with Sanford a close second. I like TS. I really like the colliseumesque outer walls. The only thing that kinda gets to me are the assymmetrical upper decks. I know it's nitpicky and some might say it gives it character, but I don't like it. Please don't take as a flame. Just the way I see it. As I said before, I like TS.
