I'm gonna list who in my opinion are our top level assistants. Please add who the best guys are at your school

Paul Petrino - O.C. / QB's
Paul Haynes - D.C. / Secondary
Chris Klenakis - WR
Steve Caldwell - DE
Jason Veltkamp - Strength & Conditioning

Veltkamp gets the nod because of the night and day difference the conditioning program is from Nutt's. MOTHO had restaurants and fast food places supply the training table, Veltkamp has each player on a targeted diet specific to what their needs are for their individual growth plans.

I don't know enough about the comings and goings of assistants at the other schools to list em.

Apparently, that is the first thing Freeze noted when he got to OM too...

All the Bama assistants are the best ever and each would be a head coach at another SEC school.

...now that that's out the way

Honestly believe Balis is one of the better Strength coaches in the nation.

So did Petrino. So did Spurrier at Washington, Carroll at New England, and Saban at Miami.

You named head coaches. Not coordinators. Head coaches have a tad more on their plate than an assistant.
