I agree with Dale.
Eta- I agree with him here because I don't like putting direct blame on the players, I'm sure Bernal feels much worse than any of us. That said, Dale is in teenage girl mode right now and doing his best to shite all over DVH at any and all times possible because someone hurted his poor wittle feelings months ago criticizing MA.

DVH expects local talent to go to JUCO to "prove themselves" and "earn" the opportunity, except in rare cases.
This is why there were more kids drafted from this area than from his team this past draft.
