Absolutely, but the focus is on the wrong game.
Maybe because it was just played? And, again, you are only guessing that we would be in if we had beaten LSU/ Again....good guess, but would they have allowed a 1 loss nonconference winner in over 1 loss conference winners? You and I can only guess.

Yes. I don’t even think it would be a question.

With all the hype around UGA getting in with 2 losses I would imagine it would be ten fold with only 1.

I can't imagine hype about UGA getting in. I haven't been watching, but we should not go. We have two losses, and there are too many teams with 1 loss. They deserve to go, and we don't.
Do I think we are 1 of the best 4 teams? maybe. but we should have won our earlier game, like Cajunbama pointed out.

You act like atm has never lost to a Ed Orgeron coaches team.

Not at all. And A&M is not being discussed for a playoff spot

Yep, OP
That terrible loss, where Georgia got manhandled by LSU, and this is what will keep Georgia on the outside looking in. If Georgia only loss was yesterdays loss to Bama, Georgia is in without question after that close loss. Georgia fans have to be sick in the stomach; I know I would be in if I had watched Bama go through what Georgia has gone through these two years. So close but derailed by a Bama program that refuses to lose, even with starting QB having a bad game, while Bama's backup QB went to work...
College football has a weird way of coming full circle or how certain scenarios/patterns go down no matter what sometimes. I figured we'd be witnessing Georgia do what 2009's Bama team did, and Georgia had the best chance to dethrone Bama like Bama did to Gators back in 2008/2009, but Georgia didn't take advantage of the opportunity. Bama did it in 2009 and the only full circle was between Tua & Hurts switching roles these past two games.
Either Georgia becomes the most motivated team ever or this ruins all their mojo now. Time will tell, but I think Georgia's is still the SEC's best chance to test Bama's run.
