Thought this was pretty interesting

1) Wisky
2) Clemson
3) Oklahoma
4) Auburn
5) Georgia
6) Alabama
7) Miami
8) UCF
9) Ohio St
10) Penn St

quote:

The next six teams would have been #11 USC (.611), #12 TCU (.540), #13 Washington (.485), #14 Notre Dame (.447), #15 Stanford (.431), and #16 Memphis (.417), whose only loss is to undefeated UCF (with a rematch scheduled for Saturday).

If Auburn beats Georgia which I fully expect to happen and the rest takes care of their business then this should be the playoff teams. Gumps will be screaming for a 8 team playoff system

Why would we do that? This would be a totally logical top 4.

When ESPN was pushing hard for the playoff, their biggest pitch was that teams like UCF deserve a chance. Now the committee basically ignores the G5 completely. The only consistent thing about the committee's rankings is how low they put every G5 team.

I really wish they would have used the BCS system to pick the 4 playoff teams. That is the best way to remove human bias

Yeah like every fanbase. Personally I like 4 teams, and I think we have no business getting in. Ohio State doesn't either though. I'd give UCF a shot if they beat Memphis and Wisconsin loses.

Human bias shouldn't be removed. Computers can't watch games.

Nah, most of us don't feel great about our chances if we get into the 4 team playoff. What time does the Taxslayer Bowl kickoff for you guys?

If OSU beats Wisconsin then I'd love to see UCF get a shot.

The BCS was always very kind to LSU. I miss the BCS.

Humans were also involved in the BCS via the polls

Coming from an LSU fan that is funny. Maybe not you but many of your fellow fans disagreed with the BCS a few years back.

I don't See Wisky jumping so high after throttling a Minnesota team with a losing record compared to Clemson beating a CFP ranked SEC team on the road handily, Auburn beating to #1 teams in the last few weeks and Oklahoma which they seem to love for some reason.

1. Clemson
2. Oklahoma
3. Auburn
4. Wisconsin
5. Alabama
6. UGA
7. Miami

This is exactly how I see it after this weekend but I think Clem and Wisky will be flipped.

I really don’t think Okla beats TCU again

2/3 of the BCS was human polls. And if you remember they were tweaking the BCS formula almost every year when something didn't work out "right".
