The rule is so fricked honestly. If he drags his toe, catch. Toe first then any other part of the foot touches… incomplete. Doesn’t make sense

Yeah it does. If the toe is the only part that hits the ground...thats a td. If the toe hits and then the other part of the foot comes down out of bounds its not.

Weird, weird rule. Toe drags and then go out of bounds- catch. Toe hits, but rest of shoe goes out- no catch.
Need one standard.
