Again, why are you only counting since 2019? Vitello has been there longer than that.
because he was swept by LSU in 2018. That's why

Tigers did something else pretty cool that year. Cant remember exactly what it was though. Im sure the baseball afficianados in Tennessee will remember and let me know.
Blake Dean and Ryan Schimpf went b2b twice in the same inning

It’s the same reason Alabama football fans claim 37 national championships. They have nothing else, their entire identity is tied to collegiate athletics.

No doubt, it would be a shame if UT can’t win it all again this season. They certainly have everything in place.

Now THAT, is some historical shite.

Don't talk about the past and LSU baseball, you're not in the conversation with one Natty...................................and Tony V. wouldn't make decent sweat beads on Skip's sack.

And even with that sweep you’re still being owned by Vitello. You swept a team that has finished last in the way 2 previous year with a combined 16 SEC wins in 2 years. But you’re still 7-11 vs Vitello!

And yet you still haven’t won a game in Knoxville since 2016. Dave Serrano was the coach the last time LSU beat the Vols in Knoxville.
In 18 games, you have 2 wins against fighting Vitello’s outside of Baton Rouge! Let that sink in! That includes, Hoover and Omaha!

2-0 in Omaha

Paying attention enough to come on here and comment about not paying attention.
No one clicks on the board looking for Tennessee baseball threads.
I didn’t say you weren’t effective in raising awareness of an under-appreciated cause. Effective, albeit annoying.

Let’s do a comparison!
Skip 1st 6 years vs Vitello first 6 years
National Championship
Vitello- 1
Skip- 0
Missed NCAA tournament
Vitello- 1
Skip - 2
More Wins
Vitello- 280
Skip- 271
Omaha appearance
Vitello- 3
Skip- 3
Through their first 6 years, vitello > Skip up to this point.

And what does LSU have exactly? Tennessee on the other hand has one of the top engineering schools in the country.

Another BigDickRick falsehood.
Why do you lie so much?

If you're ignoring the 2020 season, then you don't need to count his wins for that season in his total. If you do want to count it, then Tony won a national title in year 7, not year 6. If we make it first 6 years, then Tony has 2 CWS appearances and zero national titles. If you make it 7 years, Skip had 4 CWS appearances. He won a national title in year 8....then 4 more over the next 9 years along with 8 more CWs appearances over the next 11.
