I kind of agree, maybe just back end of the top 25. Nothing against USCe, but yall have laid a major egg as of late and the schedule only gets harder.
I also think these polls are mixing up the top 4 SEC teams (maybe country, but TCU is in the mix too) at this point. IMO it should go A&M then UF then LSU or Vandy in either order. This isn't being a homer, this is looking at record, RPI, SOS, vs top 25, top 50, bad losses, etc.

No doubt our team is in a tailspin the likes of which we never saw under Tanner, if we don't start winning these next couple of weeks I fear we'll crash hard this season. We're 2-6 over our last 8 games and every one of those 6 losses was by 1 run. Lack of clutch hitting and sub-par bullpen pitching has been killing us lately.

I know I know Aggies can't keep talking about tu... Whatever but how in the hell is tu ranked? They already racked up 11 losses, are fresh off getting swept but Nebraska, RPI in the 50s, and don't have a single impressive weekend series win. I'll put Rice on the same list. How do they keep getting ranked so high? 0 top 50 wins, 11 losses, 10-8 outside of the soft conference record, RPI of 40, and no impressive series wins.

Being #1 today is all well and good but just give me a top 8 seed in June and I'll be happy.

I have longed for relevant UGA baseball since the 08 season. We may only make a regional this year at best, but Stricklin has the program clearly moving in a positive direction. Coupled with some future expansions of Foley Field and a good recruiting class or two, UGA could be back to historical form as early as next year.

LSU is still in the top 5 by most polls? Hmm,after reading the Tiger Rant yesterday I figured we'd be in the low 20's,maybe "other teams receiving votes."

I know most of the time you could say any team could say they were a couple plays away from winning a game but those 2 plays were literally what kept us from winning the 2 games and they were our own fault. Just 2 mental errors
