Its not necessarily that Auburn doesn't have a chance, its just that the OP's idea that this is firing up Auburn is absurd. You don't need anything to fire you up for the Iron Bowl.

Running up the score may not be likely, but I was just wondering what the gumps thoughts were and whether or not Chiz would do it like dinky tried to do last year.

However Chiz seems to be a better coach than Saban, considering he is 7-4 his first year and likely to go 8-4 while dinky only managed 6-6.

So I think it is fair to ask if Chiz will let Gus pour it on late.

Saban went 7-6 his first year and didn't lose a game by more than 7 hoss. He damn sure never went 5-19 over a 2 year span. Chiz might be a good coach tho. His recruiting efforts are paying dividends. But that could be because of your lack of scholarship players and a guarantee of early pt.
