How did he deserve an invite?

Bro, how did Jordan Lynch deserve an invite? The guy plays in the freaking MAC. The Heisman isn't purely about who puts up the best stats, or even who is actually the best player. AJ has done nothing but win, and played at a pretty high level in doing so. The voters wanted to recognize his consistent excellence while playing against great competition under intense pressure. I'd say that's a pretty fair qualification. If you have a problem it should be with how the Heisman gets decided not with AJ getting some recognition.

Does it matter? He played all those games and was only part of 3 losses. Plus, 2 of those losses were decided in the last minute of the game. If it were an LSU QB, you wouldn't be diminishing a solid record like that.

I'm not diminishing anything. AJ is the winningest qb in the history of the sec, that doesn't mean he should get aHeisman invite. Zach Mett had more yards than AJ, ON LESS ATTEMPTS, a far better Yards/attempt an a far better qb rating( led the sec). AJ is a good qb but he didn't even lead the sec west in yards, tds, or qb rating.

NO bama has done nothing but win. AJ isn't even the best player on his own offense.

Why would I be mad? After losing a record amount of junior to the nfl , lsu has a chance to win 10 games. I guess if I was fat, broke and a bitch like you, i would need lsu to always win. I get to cheer for my team all year. After Jan , you can't find a bama fan. Except when their women's softball team starts up.

Dominated is probably too strong of a word. Controlled is probably more accurate considering that Auburn led for a total of like 10 minutes. Plus, Bama was ahead for the majority of the 4th quarter with multiple chances to put the game away. Anyway, is there an argument that scoring 2 touchdowns with under 45 seconds left in regulation isn't pretty damn lucky? I really don't think there is.

Bama was ahead the majority of the 4th with multiple chances to put the game away due to field position. What was the average starting field position for AL in the 4th quarter ? To only score 7 points (99 yard pass) is not really controlling the game. AU had bama on its heels the last mins of the game, that is why Saban tried a 57 yard FG. He did not like his chances in OT.

Again, why would I be mad? I personally didn't lose anything.
No amount of bama wins will make your trailer, a house.

Because after they lose they come back and prove they were the best team. Blew out Notre Dame

Shite...a lot of teams could have blown out Notre Dame. Get real.

You think the BCS proves something? Like you were the best?

Please.

The BCS proves that whoever got lucky enough to be voted in the game - whipped the overrated opponent.

You're not exclusive...you just got the lucky benefit of the doubt from whining and bitching and moaning by Saban against Okie State, etc.

The point is YOU HAVE TO EARN IT DURING THE REGULAR SEASON...and you NEVER DO.

You don't think USC could have blown out Ohio State and Oklahoma, etc...in some of those BCS Title games in 2006, 2007, 2008???

Of course they could...they already did during the regular season.

But they didn't get a mulligan for losing a game.

Bama gets a mulligan time and time again - and then pounds their chest and says we proved it!

There have a been a lot of teams playing gangbusters at the end...like the aforementioned USC last decade...blowing out all their BCS opponents.

But they didn't get a BCS title shot every damn year because when they lost their big game - it was treated like a loss.

Bama loses and it's treated like an audition for the title game.

What the frick?

Alabama had really good field position in the 4th quarter because AU did nothing on offense until the very last drive. 3 fourth quarter possessions for Auburn until that point amounted to like 33 yards and a turnover on downs. Alabama put up over 100 yards and failed to finish the game with pretty easy opportunities to do so.

Looking at the game as a whole Auburn only led for like 9 minutes toward the end of the 1st quarter before winning on the final play. Congrats on your win, but no reason to pretend this was something other than an enormous choke on the part of UA.

Dude. Brah. You do remember that Auburn held Alabama scoreless in 1st and 3rd quarters, right?

To think that bama dominated or even "controlled" Auburn the whole game is a bit ridiculous. Believe it or not but other than the 99 yard pass, your offense got stopped. Basically we shut it down in the second half when it mattered and when bama needed it.

As for the "luck". Your team got out coached and your players got outplayed on the 57 yard field goal attempt, lol. We were going into overtime even without the kick six. It isn't like we would have lost in regulation if we didn't return it. Come on dude.

UGA game - LUCKY.

ETA: I do love that people like you think the only reason bama lost is because they choked and beat themselves. The melt continues.
