Sounds like a lot of white urban trash accents nowadays. But, I'd guess he is from somewhere along the I-10 corridor between the Houston area and Jacksonville.
That said, this gets better everytime I watch it. There is a lot going on... from the unapologetic support of his GF trying to fix his chain for the camera to the crowd reactions. Even his tiny, tattooed arms on which a really cool Bama tat supposedly resides are awesome... unfortunately we just miss seeing it as the video cuts away.
I love the fact that he is so vocal about how he will kill someone and not put up with anyone messing with him shortly after doing nothing about a guy "sticking his finger in his booty."

With all of his replacement teeth he's showing, looks like an LSU fan's already put their hand in his face...a balled-up hand at that.
Watching these Alabama fans is like walking into a Walmart and not knowing what you're going to see. There's no normalcy to them.

There's no question by his accent he's from Louisiana, South of I 10. How the hell did he end up in a Bama jersey?
