gotta say I am enjoying some of these threads ......we used to raise chickens when I was growing up. We had a big old dominick rooster, that was not very aggressive, but was tough and experienced . Everytime dad would bring home another young rooster he would strut around all the hens, crowing and preening. He would eventually wander too close to the old rooster who would proceed to kick his arse in a way he never forgot. After that the young rooster refused to come out of the corner.....the grinders may crow till saturday, but they will be grateful for their little corner on saturday night.
worst part of it was that the old rooster would mount this young rooster like a hen everyday until dad took him out of the pen

State fans daily affirmation thread.

Thread is bullshite. We should have lost to Ole Miss, Arkansas, LSU, and West Virginia. Only blind luck and the referees saved us in three of those.
That's 4 losses. Get it right, Sparky.

Did you let the chickens roam freely in your yard or did you keep em penned up in the back yard between your trailer and the old school bus

Someone gets it! I've seen nothing out of this Bama team to be afraid of. It's not like Cooper is going to score 28 points by himself.. You're going to need AT LEAST 28 points to keep pace.. We held LSU to 100 yards rushing, so we obviously know that shite O line of Bama's isn't going to produce that with a hobbled yeldon and a fat arse Henry. Bama better be ready to throw for 5 tds to win this game.

This is the way I see it. We have nothing to worry about as long as our team comes out focused and ready to play which I don't think will be a problem. We have played just as good competition as Bama has and have looked much better than them in our victories. Throw in that we have a QB poised for this type of game against a Blake Sims who couldn't hold Dak's jock, and I see us winning convincingly. Bama might keep the score close, but I could see us winning by two td's in Starkville.

Redmond is going to rape Cooper and it isn't going to be pretty

I can't wait until we win this game. You are going to be so upset

How's it going to feel losing to both MS schools? I'll be there with a 10-0 white shirt to place on the Bear after the game.

We match up very differently than LSU. LSU has better corners and should have been able to play man to man more effectively than we could. But our rushing game is completely different from LSU - we don't just line up and try to crush the middle. We spread the field and thin the box as much as possible. If you can shut down our passing game without adding to the secondary, you will be able to stop the run by keeping the box loaded. But if you are forced to play a lot of dime and nickel to control our receivers, you will find yourself in a very different situation trying to stop our run than when you faced LSU.

Two 9-1 teams leaving BDS Saturday. What's to be upset about?

Nickel and dime? We haven't been out of the 4-3 all year.
Our linebackers cover well, especially Matt Wells. I can see us holding Bama to under 17.

Look at how spreading us out and thinning the box did for Auburn. Our front 7 is too good and if we do go to a nickel, Matt Wells LB will be there playing from side line to side line with 4.3 speed. If we play Jamerson head up on Amari with Cox over the top and Redmond island on the other side, Sims is going to shite himself.

If my assessment is right, you'll be changing that. Or you'll lose. I don't think you stop Alabama's passing game with only 4 defensive backs, unless you're lining up safeties as linebackers.

You think you we are going to remover two linebackers and add two db's, all to stop one Amari Cooper? Come down off of the cloud gump
