Not trying to say mathieu won't get drafted but what would honestly happen if he has to cover an nfl WR? Cus if he plans on making football a career that's gonna be a must... If he can't cover Norwood bell or hanks then he doesn't matchup well with megatron

Dude, a fellow Bama fan told you to get the cock of Jones out your mouth, it's not just LSU fans who see your stupidity

But OBJs production could go down due to loss of randle and him seeing number 1 corners and doubles if he is your best

And you keep supplying the lulz. Why am I not surprised that everything for Alabama is going up while everything for LSU is going down hill next season in your opinion?

how many passes did TM7 give up vs Hanks and Norwood?

Kenny Bell? Are you kidding? He is garbage. 50% of his TD passes come on flea flickers

What CBs do match up well vs Megatron? Is TM gonna go up against Megatron every week in the NFL?

Yes I can. It's not like it was that long ago, and yes, I certainly did hate Alabama then.

He'd fit in well as a situational player and I'm sure he will make a good special teams and package player in the nfl. So yeah he and sunseri at star and money position would be cool. So yes I would like to have him. Like I said not saying he won't get drafted and I didn't say he was a bad player?

LINK

There are many top corners who are on the shorter side, including Asante Samuel, Antoine Winfield, and Brent Grimes.

Is he short? Yes. Will that stop him? Probably not.

He's a good player, but got exposed in the BCS game. When he's forced to cover, he's pretty pedestrian. When he's allowed to roam free, and make plays he is great. Put him in a secondary that doesn't have the athletes LSU had, and he wouldn't make nearly as many plays.

Saying that, he was just a sophomore, so has time to improve his coverage. He'll be scary good if he does that.

It was one game and Bama had a good game plan that had our entire D off balance.

The same thing that makes yall think that Mett is going to save your offense?

4 or 5 that I recall. Thd one to Norwood, 2 to Hanks, and at least one to Smelley.

Like I said, he's a good football player, and a great playmaker. Bama just ganeplanned to get him away from the LOS and make him cover, and he got somewhat exposed.

He is projected as a nickel corner, even safety in the nfl fwiw..

Either way, he'll make a good impact on a football team. He is a ballhawk and strip machine and is a pretty damn good return man as well

Even a dumb gump should know that anyone besides Jordan Jefferson playing behind center for LSU is an improvement.

I would never want him playing for my favorite pro team.
