Ricky Jean-Francois was never at LSU when Saban was there because he was in Les Miles first class right after Saban left. I bet there are a ton more that probably never actually interacted with Saban as well.

Same thing can be said about any other college player that received an offer from Saban, went elsewhere, and got drafted.
