Everyone wants to blame it on the QB. The biggest surprise yesterday was Bama's D. A&M QB is bad and yet he passed for 250 yards in a contested game. That will be their issue against MSU, Ole Miss and UT.
I mean, he threw it 46 times. 54% completion, 5 yards per attempt, 71 qbr. Those are not good numbers. Defense was fine, turnovers gave them 4 extra short field possessions

Vols might actually hurt Bryce considering how well Texas was able to get to him.

The backup might actually pose a tougher matchup for us because he will be much tougher to get to.

How do you feel about your chances? Milroe is Jaden Daniels with a much better O Line and Vols are good against the run.

If Alabama hadn't turned the football over a half-dozen times last night they win by 3 TDs. The same thing applies next week. If Alabama secures the ball, they beat Tennessee comfortably, even with Milroe at QB.

Those are very good stats for a very bad QB.

Bama wouldn't have won with a healthy Bryce because UT seems to have Cam 2.0 unforunately. But without Bryce this is an 8-4 team at best.

I'm far less concerned about Bryce vs Jaden than I am by the fact that BOB will be the OC either way, and that has diddly squat to do with who they're playing against.

A&M was gifted four possessions due to turnovers. Their YPA was certainly nothing to write home about.

Defense is outstanding, not worried at all about them.

The -7.5 points Alabama is laying is based on Milroe at QB. If word comes out this week that Young is playing, the spread will jump to -14 (or more) in a heartbeat. Alabama and Tennessee are both good on offense, but only one of them has a defense.

If Bama has 4 turnovers we lose. If milroe plays and we don’t turn it over we can win. Big if. It’s UT and Bama. None of you younguns remember but this game used to have crazy stuff happen.

Bama's defense cannot stop Hooker. No one can but especially not the frat boy posing as a DC.

I know LSU isn’t very good etc but UT didn’t play their best and shitkicked us in DV. If Bryce is out or limited throwing Vols will be tough to beat in Neyland.

Most probably did not look at our game stats but UT did not beat us passing as most would suspect. They ran the ball down our damn throats all day long. Racked up about 270 on the ground and it was not Hooker either. The off tackle sweeps killed us.

Also little known fact but Daniels and Hooker about netted nuetral on the stat sheet. Those two RBs put us down.

Honestly, Bama doesn't need the win. They are gonna go to the SEC title game regardless. I would sit him.

I mean really it's all about the turnovers and if BoB can call a fricking game for a change.

Even with Milroe if those 2 things happen Alabama can still win.

Really, BoB calling a fricking good game for a change needs to happen regardless of QB.

They don't have to stop him every series. But, I have little doubt that they will stop him more times than the Tennessee defense will stop Alabama's offense (no matter who plays QB). And, I wouldn't count on Alabama fumbling the ball four times again this week.

If Jimbo Fisher doesn't go full retard at the goal line last night Alabama loses at home to a team that lost to App State. At home.

A$M got 17 points from turnover possessions. They got 3 points from non-turnover possessions. And you want to blame the defense? Retain possession and not even get a single point and Bama wins 24-3. Probably would have been more like 31-3 or 34-3.
