What sucks is that if Bama wins the Iron Bowl...they likely get the #4 seed thereby denying LSU a bye in the CFP semifinal and saving that non competitive OU football team and their fans from an embarrassing beat down on National Television.

Yea, we would have given up 40+ to any of Clemson/LSU/Ohio State, so while losing to Auburn was miserable it probably worked out in the end.

I don't think they would have gotten in over a 1-loss conference champ, so the top 4 would have been the same regardless. Possibly the only difference is Bama would have gone to the Sugar Bowl instead fo the Citrus. But honestly, I'm glad we went to the Citrus and beat Michigan. Much more fun than beating Baylor.

I think it helped in guys motivation, too.

It all worked out about as well as it could considering the season.

At the moment I'm ok with it. One of the losses still brought a National Title and you guys are still stuck with the moron... it's really an odd trade off.

Yep. That second half yesterday went about as perfectly as it could have and set the right tone for the 2020 off-season and season.

I have no doubt that Alabama, regardless of all of their shortcomings and injuries this season, was still one of the top 3 or 4 teams in the country.

I mean, pretty damn bad, if we’re being honest. How does it feel being stuck with that moron as your coach?

We are way past the grieving stage and fully in the acceptance stage, totally numb to it.
