Even Mike Shula, under the 2nd worst sanctions in NCAA history at that point, won 10 games and finished ranked in the Top 10. Mike DuBose has a more recent SEC Championship than Tennessee and was 2-2 vs LSU.
Bama has won at least one conference championship in every single decade since its inception. We are the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be.

At 68 I have pretty much seen it all from the Bama side. There is NO SEC Team...nada,zip,zero,none that have the success as the U of A. It is documented for even a LSU fan can understand.

What really happened:
Bama guy sees me in LSU gear and lightheartedly tells me “Roll Tide” before talking about how he thinks LSU will probably be much improved this season and he wouldnt be surprised if LSU breaks the streak this year. Me, taking offense over nothing, then sarcasticly ask him when he graduated from Bama and yell “tigah bait” as he walks away

I've had Bama fans in blind rages just by asking them to name the coordinators or players who aren't the starting QB, RB, or whoever the big defensive star of the year is.

I paid enough attention to see Bama win an SEC championship with Mike freaking DuBose as HC. And I paid enough attention to see Shul win 10 games with a roster impacted by DuBose brought-on probation.
Were those Bama teams up to the historical standard? Nope. Not at all. But they still weren’t horrible like those 1950s teams
