He wasn't an LSU fan. I saw pictures of him on facebook and he had on an Alabama shirt. It said alcohol was likely a factor. So very sad.

Rip I assume you are referring to the murder in question. There hasn’t been trailer trash in my family ever.

I bet he used a 9mm, the pistol every idiot thinks you need but it one of the worst choices available. A pro would use a 22 lr revolver, and military would use a .45.

Definitely Alcohol heavenly involved, but that’s what the article said. Apparently he yelled something at player in TV, probably an LSU Defensive player if he was really an LSU fan and they guy thought it was at him, they scuffled and then went and retrieved a pistol and shot him. With friends like that....

Just looked up pics of all involved and I have to say...it’s exactly what I expected.

These meth head shite hooks that comprise the t-shirt component of LSU and Bama’s fanbases are truly a site to behold.

Don’t get on a high horse Doc. 95% of drugs in America come thur your State. I remember a case, can’t remember if it was Texas or North Louisiana, (almost same) where a guy killed another guy in a bar over a quarter

WTF is this? You didn't even bother to read the article you originally shitposted?

Now you are lecturing about the proper handgun to use to kill people? The US military uses 9mm, have since 1985, just so you know. Not my favorite though.

What hypocrisy? OP just stated one of your fans literally killed an LSU fan.

Are you dense?

It wasn't even about football, but was a simple misunderstanding as stated here:

quote:

They fought after Merritt called a football player an expletive and Fulkerson mistakenly thought the comment was directed at him, according to court records made public today.

So, it was actually a man protecting his honor and his dignity from degradation, or at least he thought he was.

There are millions and millions and millions and millions of people all over the world that will kill you for insulting them.

How do we really know that the deceased didn't really curse the shooter in his own home? The guy must have had a pretty good reason for shooting someone square in the face, no matter what witnesses now say happened.

How about some of you test out the theory? Go to someone's home and curse them out in a vile and vulgar way and there is a good chance that you could die that day.

Report back here, if you can, on your discoveries.

Or death arose out of a moron cursing a man in his own home and a football game just happened to be on in the background?

Who really knows?
