Contact does not necessarily constitute PI. For it to be DPI, intent to impede an eligible opponent is obvious and it could prevent the opponent the opportunity of receiving a catchable forward
pass. It may well have been DPI on that play.
However, you can't make that determination from a still pic. You have to see what happened before and after that pic to make an accurate determination. That was my point...

1st look appears like an easy call for DPI; but watch the slo mo at the end of the clip. The defender went vertical and the receiver ran into him. A still pic really wouldn't tell the story of what happened. Hell, the video told two stories depending on the angle.

After seeing the garbage calls and no calls that favored BAMA last year (also Florida), I decided to strike back. I drive often from Baton Rouge to Virginia. I make sure to fuel in Meridian, Mississippi, and I drive with out a stop through Alabama and refuel once I cross the Georgia line at the gass station with the Subway. I refuse to stop in Alabama or spend a dime in Alabama. It's my personal version of the Arizona boycott.

I don't ever remember arrakis saying that PP didn't make the pick. I know he said the "BiB" on Julio's TD wasn't a BiB(it wasn't), but never seen him say that about PP
