Victim’s family is claiming that the shooting happened because the victim wouldn’t talk to either Miles or his DC buddy.

Where are you seeing that? Her Facebook post was shared here yesterday, but it doesn't seem to clearly reference either individual. I assumed your link was going to have more info, but I'm not seeing it.

I don’t think they specified who she wouldn’t talk to, but someone in the mom’s Facebook comments is saying Miles wasn’t the one who shot her. Not that it really matters.

Might matter in court. If true, Miles would be smart to testify against his "buddy."

Just makes it all the shittier if true. Some POS with no affiliation with the city or the University goes and shoots a mother and drags a player with a free ride down with him. Not much sympathy for Miles though. You're in charge of the company you keep and who you let influence you

You think this shoutout was caught on cameras in the area? I would think that area is covered with them.

The original reports said they identified the suspects using surveillance footage, so I'd say this is likely.

Who shot first is going to be a huge fact in the case. If the evidence is unclear, the defense gets interesting. Then of course, which of the two between miles and Davis pulled the trigger will be interesting to learn as well.

Ive heard that it was right beside the CVS on University. Others are saying it happened between Caplewood and University. The former will have dozens of potential cameras. The latter not so much

Funny how oats claimed he had an injury out for season …. He let that’s scumbag roam around until the police could pin it on him . The head coach knew and did nothing about it .

He was announced out with an injury the day before the shooting, moron. It was prior to the LSU game. He was on the bench in a jogging suit.
