Good one, I realize LSU does have some good fans on this board...you're in fact not one of them. I realize that Bama is probably still fresh in your head because I'm almost positive you haven't gotten over that night in NO.

Dude - It feels awesome actually. You are missing the point. We do not have LSU or Bama or Fla. history. But we feel we are going to have a shot at that now.
The 102,000 seater 450 million stadium seems some folks may be vested in just that.
What happened over the last year, including dumping Texas with Baylor, Kansas, TCU TT and getting into the SEC. Against all odds. The Heisman. We accomplished what might have taken 10 years or maybe never. Aggies are very very excited. Its like Christmas every day for a 10 year old. So yes it feels good. Very good.
Lose or not. The A&M Bama Game will be our biggest built up game ever and likely draw higest National ratings of season for any game along with the Bama LSU.
We happy.
I guess the question Dude - is - How does that make YOU feel to lose to US with 1st and goal from what it the 5? (Nice Series) To give us an ESPY play, a Heisman and a Legendary Goal Line Stand - and all you see and hear about A&M. You let it happen. How do you feel about that?

Did you mean to reply to me with that?
B/c I understand the point you're trying to make and I agree that the victory was HUGE for your program. Time will tell if its the biggest win in A&M history.

It is funny, you think you have to come on a message board and make some long arse post about how a single win changed your entire programs status...it's silly. I'd say the move to the SEC helped more than that....but I do agree it is the biggest when in your entire programs history.

It's a compliment to our program, if you think about it.

Did Saban not have them prepared? How in the hell can a team come out flat-footed after what A&M had done to teams offensively in the weeks leading up to that game?
The better question is: how in the hell can a team come out flat-footed against Auburn (3-9), Florida (Louisville's bitch), Arkansas (John L Smith), and I'll even throw Ole Miss in there since they made it to the B'ham bowl and gave you guys a fit.
Of course, we all know Les Miles only prepares his team for one game out of the year and shits the bed against the rest - all the while LSU fans blame their mishaps on Florida... a team that Alabama has beaten by double digits almost every year since 2009.

MD - I can take back Bama was lucky to be close. I did say that Bama always seems to do that - so I kinda inferred that is just what Bama does.
and yes - it is a compliment to Bama.
and yes - it launched something big. Alabama is that good. JFF does not get Heisman without that win. The Money in free media is I am sure one of the factors for the extra to the stadium.
For Texas recruits - suddenly Mack Brown, Matthew McConnehey , and Baylor - doesn't seem as cool as JFF with Lebron and Sumlin with Usher and Bama
The brand was being improved on - its just the Bama game blew it open. Then OU sealed it.
What happens from here who knows. I think A&M has trouble this year with unknown on D. We will see.
But MD said it - its a huge compliment to Bama.

Brother, I LIVE out here in Aggie country.
TBH they're a good people. I'll take them any day of the week over these GD LSU fans, twice on Sunday.
