The only people I have ever heard say lacy is actually better than richardson are bama fans.

I have not seen any Bama fans say this outside of joking. Link to your claim?

So lacy got hurt PRESEASON last year. I thought it was about halfway through the season?

Lacy sustained turf toe in the fourth game of the year, against Arkansas. He wasn't quite the same after that but he still had his moments.

So he DIDN"T have turf toe injury ALL season as you previously posted?

Lacy looked great when I saw him play, tough downhill runner who will get plenty of yards behind a great O-line.
In the BCSCG he looked better than Richardson.

There certainly were more than one time where Lacy carried the ball better than Trent did. Not saying he's better than Trent but he is an All-SEC type RB

If you want to argue semantics then, no he did not. Please pardon me when I say that teams such as Kent State, Penn State, and North Texas were less than stellar competition.

Rivals had Mark Ingram listed as a 4-star ATH.

For anyone anywhere that knows about OL play, I will assure you that this Bama Line is the real thing. I would say that they are the best SEC Line Unit in the past 20 yrs. which makes them the Best period.

That said if you understand the dynamics of running behind this kind of blocking an average RB would look good and have success. I will tell everyone not to worry about Bama's backs. Every single one of them are better than just average!

I am not a Bama Fan, but facts are facts. If you are playing this Bama team, prepare for a War @ the Line of Scrimmage.

We will all get our shot on a Saturday this Fall.
