Tell you what, back in my day when I was a young man, you hardly never heard of players getting themselves arrested or in trouble with the law. Players acting like absolute spoilsports has to stop. What I see are a bunch of sour spoilsports who are clearly being paid and not grateful for what they have been given. The poor parenting and no-good role models from coaches do nothing to help. This generation needs to wise up and get their acts together. When did ball lose its dignity?

What used to be a game of chivalry is now played by foul-mouthed spoilsport degenerates. Sad.

I am not registered on ButtBook and I never will be. You kids and your social websites make me sick. Get out in the sun.

He's the door greeter. His experience at walmart helps him be the best.

When it became all about money and fans were willing to pay up. You may be trolling, and I'm definitely old, but I still agree with you.

Ty Cobb would beat your arse for being such a p**sy while a drunk Babe Ruth sat in the corner screwing your mom.

Shut up

Police were easily bribed back in the 1940s to keep these things quiet, and there wasn't an internet or social media to expose everything that semi-famous people do back in your day, either.

Funny as hell right there...Except Cobb probably would have jumped in for 3-way action after delivering an arse-beating.

The current generation is the product of previous generations. If the new generation is good, or bad, or some combination of those 2 things, it's in large part because of the values instilled by the previous generation, along with the environment in which it has grown up. The environment in which a generation grows up is itself a product of the previous generations.

So, if the current generation is screwed up, it's in large part because of the failings of the previous generation, which themselves are in large part due to the generation before that, and so on.
