I was listening to the end of this game, won in extra innings by A&M, on the A&M radio network. But, apparently the two teams got into it after the game was over.

The Aggie announcers acted like the Cal team had to be escorted out of the stadium, and they sounded like it was kind of ugly.

Can any of you Aggie fans fill in the details on this? Did your announcers overstate the seriousness of this situan.

Aggies have to win again tomorrow to advance, btw.

Meh. Cal celebrated like they had won the World Series when they won the other night in extras. A&M celebrated but not nearly as much. Some Cal punks didn't like it and did the typical baseball shite...barked and stared from a safe distance. No big deal.

Should make for an interesting elimination game tomorrow though.

Cal is basically the UT-Austin of California. Perfect situation.

What's A&M's pitching situation tomorrow? Who's good to go?

I assume true freshman Larkins gets the ball. He started out killing it midweek, then got a chance to play weekends. He got shelled and moved back to midweek. Then got shelled some more. He's very hit or miss and you usually know early if he's on or not. We have another freshman, Hill, who hasn't had as much success as Larkins, but got a few mid week starts in when Larkins got moved to Saturdays. Matt Kent may be able to throw an inning or two our of the pen. IDK how many freeman threw. He may be able to throw again. Simonds will be ready too. He'll likely be the first guy out of the pen.

Nice summary. Agree. It was no big deal.

El Gaucho is going to pitch Monday for Cal.

I hear he does a little Mariachi dance after every strikeout.

Thanks.

Aggie bats need to make the difference tomorrow. I've listened to some of the Aggie games in between watching LSU, and the problem has been a lack of timely hitting. Way too many men LOB.

One or two timely hits, and A&M would already be thru to the next round. But, I'm sure that Cal pitching deserves some credit for that, too.
