No, it's a result of of ESG and the fact that the owners of this country make the corporations they invest in do these things to maintain the investments.
The biggest share holders of McDonalds is Vanguard and Blackrock, both of which are known to force ESG onto the companies they invest in. They have recently claimed to be moving away from it, due to a shift in public perception, but we'll see.

if she eats hamburgers anything like she plays, she'll miss her mouth 4-5 times before finally getting a bite of it.
