Even at its worst, that type of injury should be rehab'd in a few months.

McIlwain's entire interview is one coaching cliched phrase after the other. I am impressed. That must be hard to do.

Kinda Gomer Pyle'ish but he is very smart and can coach guys up which we haven't had in years.

He's a QB guru which has been a black hole for us as well. Excellent hire.

I also like his first comment about not making players do what they're uncomfortable doing regarding offensive scheming.

He's showing that he doesn't have a set plan, and would rather evaluate and figure out our skillset rather than force square pegs in round holes.
