This.

Evans has also been serviceable, but in all his playing time, he's never emerged as a clear quality starter. I don't see why that should change now.

I wouldn't put much stock in anything Tate says. His work can get sloppy at times and he's just throwing guesses out there. His football IQ would be somewhere around 75 - functionally retarded.

He lists Westerman as a rising sophomore in his O-line article, which is incorrect. Also, I'm relatively confident that Ashton Richardson graduated last year and is done. Am I wrong about that?
