Ok. I'm going to have to call bullcrap on this one. Kenny Bell played for Alabama in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
2010 Alabama did not win or tie the West.
2011 LSU won the West outright
2012 Alabama won the West outright
2013 Alabama tied Auburn and Auburn took the tie breaker.
So, if there is 3 West Championship rings in the picture...either it isn't Kenny Bell, or those aren't all his rings, or there isn't 3 West Co-Championship rings in the pic.

You would have to ask him. But facts are facts, and only one year he was at Alabama were they co-West champions. It is a public record that can be easily looked up. It's on ESPN. Go to NCAAF...Standings...then is has all the standings with a drop down for each year.
I think some Bowl games give Rings? But you are way off base to assume they are Co-West Champion Rings.
