Personally I've had ok trips to Tiger Stadium
I do know a girl who was wearing a button that said "LSwho" and a drunk old LSU man came up and ripped it off her shirt
That's the extent of anything bad I've heard from people I actually know though

I loved going to Baton Rouge a few times while I was at AU. My kind of environment. Got along great with everyone and shite-talked/scuffled with the best of them while we all got tons of food, hammered and some bruises haha.
As far as hostility though, the games @ BR and UF had rowdy fans but not close to being dangerous as being in a Buffalo Bills/Raiders parking lot or in Philly for a hockey game as an opposing fan. I've got scars and numb teeth from those places.

I mean there are so many stories of how shitty LSU fans are that some of them have to be true
Im guessing some are true, but none are as bad as an alashama fan sexually assaulting an LSU fan in New Orleans, or an alashama fan poisioning the oaks at the barn.....I mean, in the grand scheme of things, a few drunks yelling tiger bait are mild compared....

Good
An attempt at humor that simple minded should be removed out of embarrassment for the person who's wearing it

This.
They have to be trolling the guy who started the thread. I mean good god. You must suck at life if your LSU tailgate experiences were as bad as they say. Overall, I'm very pumped for Gameday now.

But to compare what a announcer, who flies in on a helicopter, sits in the booth being pampered experiences to what a fan who drives to a game, tailgates and sits in the stands is not really a fair comparison.
Actually, you would be totally wrong. Van Pelt's wife went to a SEC school and so so he gets the whole tailgating thing and loves to visit all the campuses he goes to extensively. We actually met the guy in Auburn a couple years back at a random tailgate, cool dude, totally laid back and loves to sample the food and beverages. So actually if anybody would know and have an expert opinion, he's probably one of the best.

Is section 412 at Tiger Stadium a visitor section? If so, I don't want to sit there this weekend, being a neutral fan. My lady and I want to sit in an LSU section. She'll definitely be wearing purple and gold, I'll be in a non-college affiliated white shirt to avoid a piss balloon to the face. I've never been to Tiger Stadium.
