I have a similar feeling about this game that I did about Kansas. Sure we have been on a hot streak, but this is a blueblood with elite talent, and the we are bound to have a cold shooting night at some point on the big stage.

I didn't feel great about the Kansas game, because I never thought I would live in a world where Auburn basketball could beat Kansas in the tournament, let alone wax them the way we did.

But this team continues to prove me wrong, and has found a way to win in 10 straight games now. I still have my reservations that we could do it again against another blueblood (and a legit championship contender unlike Kansas), but this team has shown enough over the past month to make me believe it's possible. If we find a way to pull this one out, watch out Minneapolis, we comin.

To be fair that was probably the worst kansas team in the last 25 years. Still a good win but if you think unc is gonna allow auburn to shoot 3’s, i think you’ll be disappointed. Auburn has gotten hot lately but they don’t have the horses to compete with unc, i’ll be the first one to eat crow here if i’m wrong but i see unc winning big.

I don't see any circumstance where Auburn waxes UNC. I think a number of folks on this board are getting carried away with some hyper-recency bias with Auburn. Are we forgetting that they absolutely should have lost to New Mexico State?

I think UNC wins this one fairly comfortably.

Well that isn’t really fair either. You just hand picked the worst 2 minutes of basketball we played in the past month. Need Mexico State Could have won that game. To say they should have won is just wrong. They were down 10 with 2 minutes to play because Auburn outplayed them all game.

This Kansas team wasn’t as good as typical Kansas teams but we didn’t just barely beat them. That was about as dominant as you can play, and it’s the 2nd time in 3 games we have don that. UNC will be by far the biggest challenge they have had, but this is no longer a fluke. Bring it on!
