Tarheels looked like national champs yesterday. Bad matchup for auburn as unc loves uptempo.
Roy gonna pick up one more nattie before heading to t-town...because it might take 2-3 years to win one there.

I'd love to see Auburn wax the Tarheels.

I think it’s going to be an entertaining game but one Auburn won’t be able to afford a cold streak

UW showed you can turn UNC over and I’m sure I’ve seen stats saying their perimeter defense isn’t elite, so AU should get points. They will likewise outrebound us big time and second chance points could heavily benefit UNC

Sets up to be an entertaining shootout

why would this be bad for us? You think someone can play uptempo better than us? WE led the country in forced turnovers. Nobody is safe!

Rebounding and second chance points have been a staple of Roy Williams' UNC teams and this year's group is outstanding in that department. IMO, Luke Maye and Cam Johnson will be particularly tough matchups for a very good but undersized Auburn team.

If Auburn hits their 3's they'll wax UNC.

How many is it gonna take though? UNC is sketchy on perimeter D, but they also run VERY hit and cold from 3ball range. We dropped 9 at a 42.9% success rate against UW’s. We’ve pillaged VTechs arse by going 16/34, but we’ve also gone like 2/30 against Dook.

I think you need 12ish to make up for the rebounding advantage UNC will likely hold. We have a +10/game advantage there.

+5 assists/game.

I am worried about your greater depth of 3ball shooters. You gotta come out hot though because if you’re missing a lot, you’ll get smoked early.

I’m predicted a 5 pt game when all is said and done though.

Could be 90s.

12 isn't a problem, and when we're turning over teams every 3 possessions the rebounds dont' really matter either

This will be a "Grown Man's Game" in the paint. Auburn might not be tough enough to score, defend and rebound in the post.

Nas Little is coming off the bench and scoring near 20/game now strictly from the post. Roy brings him in after the opposing team is screaming for O2 to better take advantage of his athletic mismatch ability. He will be a load to contend with.

It is a UNC benefit though to have already faced annoying arse hand checker Tre Jones 3 times though plus UWs turnover abilities. UNC gotta play under control though. They have a hilarious number of unforced errors per game. I dread Roy having to rest Coby for Woods who’s been total arse for weeks running point.

Seems like every opponent's fans we've faced for the past two months have said something like 'they hit 3's and we have trouble defending them.' Same thing for this one.

I wish AU had more of an inside game to throw at the Tarholes but a hot shooting night from the 3 point line should suffice.

We are going to have to play a near flawless game to beat them, but then again that's what makes it exciting. The size of the villain determines the size of the hero.
