He took a boot off of his own car. The fact that he's being charged for a felony for THAT is a major issue.

And to be fair...Auburn has a good record with taking in young men who strayed in poorly disciplined programs and then putting them on the straight and narrow.

We have long needed to replace the UGA PD with mall security.

How would that change what a prosecutor located several counties away decides to do with a case?

The complete irony here is that the AJC didn’t throw any dirt at Kendricks transferring into UGA from Clemson with drug and weapons charges pending but they throw shade at a kid with a much lesser potential charge (albeit he was stupid for trying to remove a boot) on his way to Auburn. In fact the AJC was reporting the Kendricks situation covering his arse with the hopes charges were going to get dropped.

At first I thought "typical Auburn", but then I read the story. A felony charge for that is complete bullshite.

Making a vehicle that costs 10k plus dollars immobile unless you give them money should be a much larger crime than parking somewhere you're not supposed to. Hopefully that person that put the boot on the cars transmission goes out or his car gets hit with a grocery cart at Walmart.

Towing companies can rot in the depths of hell. They basically operate legalized extortion businesses and should only be used in extreme circumstances.

Many places the car just won’t be there when you come back. The boot is the easier way.

That or, you know, just don’t park there.
