They could probably fill a 19,000+ big time program arena right now. Instead they're stuck in that dinky mid-major 9000 seater. Sad.

I mean, a 9,000 seat basketball arena is equal to a 35,000 football stadium. Great for an up and coming program. Sad for a program that considers themselves among the best in the nation.

Duke has a historic building with a legendary fan base. You have a 10 year old glass and steel building with no character. It's almost offensive, as a college basketball fan, that you would even try to compare that cookie cutter arena and your cookie cutter fanbase to Duke.

Without the new arena Pearl is likely never hired and we would still be a 10-25 program or how ever many games are played...

I'm sorry that your football team has never won a SEC Championship so you have to talk smack about roundball in which I have no problem admitting my program is historically to SEC basketball what Arkansas is to SEC football...
But hey... at least you have your lesser conference titles in football from the 60s, a couple in the 70s, and a couple in the 80s.
